My Goals @ Plans For Next 10 Years:

The goals and objectives for my long term passion is to land not just a job but a career in a company that sets the expectation of top, in the quality and care of its staff recognizes the current market and sets them self aside from the norm.


Stability and appreciation for there staff and guests and patrons and values there culture and mission by hiring the best to do that. Through years of my accomplishments, and hard work learning all the trades and the different Jobs in various positions in that I gained and wealth of knowledge and respect.

I believe in myself I treat all people as I would want to be treated I can offer a lot of ideas and I can deliver the results in which the current career I am applying for would be a beneficial fit on both sides.

I have lived and been taught these few words in which I applied in my everyday work life (Hire the best people pay them what they are worth, keeps retention down that reflects with there great attitude of being happy to work for there company in return will spread to the customers they take care of which generates great store profitability equals labor food and other costs low cures itself.
