Review and critique performance counselings of non-commissioned officers. Oversees all in-processing and out-processing personnel. Monitor all personnel leave and retirement packets. Maintain monthly rating scheme for all non-commissioned officers. Create weekly non-commissioned officer evaluation report slides for the Brigade Sergeant Major. Accounted for the maintenance and service of government equipment. Communicated with complex radio equipment. Is responsible for managing and coordinating crisis management situations. Responsible for keeping the unit functioning at an optimum level.


Was responsible for the individual training, personal appearance, and cleanliness of my soldiers. Conducted monthly performance evaluation counselings on my soldiers and provide guidance on improvement.
