• Recruitment cycle ( starting of preparing hiring letter, call the applicant to bring all paper needed for his/her file, preparing hiring and attendance e-mail , taking his/her thumb print , register him/her to life insurance , place him/her within intranet ,opening an employee account for him/her at ICBS and MenaHr System ).
• Employees Probation period ( follow up the employee after his/her first three months preparing his letter and add him to health insured staff).
• Being the sole owner of the recruiting process in the company from posting the add to screening CVs, running the official tests and selecting the right potential and recommending the candidate to the department‘s head and conducting short phone interviews.
• Maintain and monitor day to day employee affairs i.e.: attendance, vacations and leaves, and ensures all this information is updated on HR records.
• Coordinate training from A-Z , starting from preparing the flyer and ending by insert the training info to MenaHr System.
• Process and document any status changes for employees, which include promotion, relocation, salary increments, termination, and contract extension.
• Creating account on E-Banking system.
