*Maintain all files up to date Made quarterly and yearly reports for all action taken in the call center.
*Assisted all supervisors on sales floor and conducted all meetings when necessary.

Other things I have done in the past, I worked at Discount auto parts, started out as a cashier register and worked my way up to store manager.

I was responsible for cash deposits, head cashier and customer accounts collections. Also worked with delivery and inventory through out chain stores.

Worked in a medical office as a receptionist, I was responsible for all duties in front office. I set up appointments for clients, made reminder calls to verify appointment time, answer multi phone lines (switchboard operator).

I have traveled with the company out of state for training seminars and meetings. (Quality and safety meetings).

I have been in the construction business and home renovations. Experience with painting, drywall, Tiles, stucco, including carpentry.

I have great communication skills, I speak, read, and write English and Spanish. I am a very enthusiastic person, great to work with and great to get along with. I am a team player and enjoy helping others around me.

I have basic computer skills in windows 98, windows XP, microsoft excel, and power point. I can type up to 30wpm
