Responsible for keeping the unit functioning at an optimum level.

Was responsible for the individual training, personal appearance, and cleanliness of my soldiers. Conducted monthly performance evaluation counselings on my soldiers and provide guidance on improvement.

Completed monthly Battalion Unit Status Reports (USR) with zero errors. Reports with meticulous attention to detail ensuring no personnel action violations are submitted to Battalion.
